Chef Steve Michel from Alsace and his partner Eve Soulard. Both in the region for nearly 10 years, these two passionate have given themselves the mission to make you live an authentic dining experience in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Here you are welcomed at home, to the sound of a jazz and even a few occasions by the boss, a singer by profession, who will leave his apron time to make some standards at the microphone.
In his kitchen, the chef prepares an authentic cuisine, composed of fresh foods and which come mostly from the region. "Encouraging local producers is very important to us." Here we serve quality bistro cuisine and tasty Alsatian specialties. When you enter, you can already smell all the flavors of good dishes prepared with finesse and dedication.
